Another very successful day for our Bowral Open Champion with visitors from Jamberoo, Goulburn, Highlands, Moss Vale, Queanbeyan and Belconnen with 38 players overall.
Jocelyn Mackay once again proved her golfing prowess off a handicap of 4 to win the Bowral Open Championships scratch trophy with a lovely score of 87.
Runner up was Bowral’s own Jill Scott 89 off the stick and Jill won the best nett score of 69 nett.
Division 1
Nett winner was Carol Warner 75 OCB and runner up was Kay Brennan 75 OCB from Jamberoo
Jocelyn Mackay also won the longest drive on the 8th hole and Debbie Collins from Gouburn won the NTP on the 14th hole.
Division 2
Scratch winner was Donna Carter from Highlands with 98 OCB from Bowral’s wonderful Gloria Campbell
Nett Winner was Wendy Burke with 75 nett and runner up was Robyn McGinness on 77 nett.
Longest Drive was Helen Chadwick
Division 3
Scratch winner Cathy Maule with 111 and runner up was Uschi Eriksson with 112
Nett winner was Rosemary Downing with 81 and runner up was Anne Vitou on 83

Although the weather was damp and windy all appreciated the excellent condition of the course.
Next Tuesday is the Coloured ball competition and the coloured ball will be organised from the Pro shop.
Thursday the 2nd June we have the NSW Bowl 4BBB stableford and bookings are via the computer.
Thursday 9th June is the Barbara McCarthy Trophy also the Rosevale Plate the following Thursday the 16th June is the CSGA District Brooch, Presidents Cup and the Round 5 Monthy Medal (sign up sheet is the locker room).
The Colin Stamm Interclub trophy is on Tuesday 21st June. The sign up sheet is in the locker room and we need 12 players per team regardless of your handicap. This completion is match play between Moss Vale Highlands and Bowral with lunch at Bowral Golf Club after the match.
