Congratulations to the President's Team.
The magnificent Trophy was handed over from the Captain to the President.
Opening Day was a great success and on behalf of the Women's Committee I would like to thank all you wonderful women for making it so! 👏 🎉
A special thank you also goes to the Committee Members all of whom played a part in making this day work.
It all started with 44 amazing golfers dressed in all shades of blue and yellow going out early to battle for the Silver Spoon!
As we can see from the above pics some players also enjoyed a few candid moments during the game!
It was lovely to see some new players and some not so new players (who we haven't seen for awhile or don't usually play in the normal competition rounds) at the Opening Day! We hope to see you more often!
THE LUNCH
Chris Levy and Sonya Bleakley did an amazing job of organising and sourcing all the lovely food we enjoyed at the lunch.
Thank you both for going the extra mile.
Penny McKenna is still not back on the course but she very kindly picked up the bread rolls on her way in to join us for the lunch. Thank you Penny we appreciate you going out of your way to help.
The beautiful flower arrangements were supplied by Emma Perham. Thank you Emma they were perfect!
We would also like to thank the Bar staff and the Pro shop staff, who were, as always very keen to help make this a special day for all of us.
